MxTube2 on firmware 1.1.4 & 2.0!

After figuring out the cause of the bug I realized that a few things need to be redone in MxTube2. Therefore I am starting MxTube2 over and working on a new 2.0 and 1.1.4 side by side so it will be available on all firmwares come release day. It will probably only take me 2 days to get back to where I was with the toolchain version, then MxTube2 dev will be back on track.

Thx so much for working on this application. It is truly a “killer app” for the iphone/touch!
Can’t wait for the new version. The current 1.0b version crashes frequently when downloading and searching at the same time but still one of my favorite apps.

Could you tell us about how long this will take? Are we thinking weeks or months? I don’t meen to pester you, I’m just wondering. Terrific app, by the way

See, was it that hard? You don’t need debugging tools, You just need to work for it. All code has bugs, Well 99.99999% of code does.

I support the work you do but if you go off and quit when you experience a bug. This wonderful thing you created, which at its current state isnt very amazing, im looking forward to version 2 and a bug is nothing you should stop for.
And finally, as for your paying users only comment, go ahead and do it, your just gonna fuck yourself over, and if its so much of your “free time” don’t do it. The hardest part of your prog is YouTube searching.
ahaha your comment wasn’t what made me make it on both versions. First, bugs are very hard to find. I had been looking for this bug for a week now and found it only after copying my code to 2.0 and using the apple debugger-so I didn’t find it cause I just looked for it. The only reason I decided to do both is because I don’t want to install 2.0 on my iPhone yet and would rather make 2.0 along with 1.1.4 so I don’t have to do it when everyone is begging later. Finally, if I sold 4 copies I would be making more than I do now so I’m seriously consider it…

do you think apple will allow your app on the appstore?
I think apple will not allow mxtube to access media folder of iPhone and iPod touch. After all, PWNAGE is needed.
And Max, isn’t your app in alpha version? When can I get beta of it? I can’t wait! (Crashing&crashing MxTube 1 makes me crazy, you know. )

Hi, can you include in this new version a way to download a video and keep the music to generate a new ring.
if it is possible the best way would be when you have found a video to download only the music with an option to generate a ring for iPhone
